SRS E&P Limited is an independent focused upstream oil and gas exploration, and production company committed to discovering, developing and delivering hydrocarbon resources in a safe, efficient and environmentally responsible manner. Leveraging cutting-edge geoscience, engineering and project management capabilities, we pursue value-accretive opportunities across both greenfield and brownfield acreage. SRS E&P Limited was incorporated in 2022 as the Special Purpose Vehicle and operator of Benin Estuary Field (PPL 214).

Founded to operate the Benin Estuary Field (PPL 214), SRS E&P leverages modern technology, local expertise, and strategic partnerships to deliver hydrocarbon resources safely and responsibly.

Our Operations

Benin Estuary field is situated in shallow offshore Niger Delta Basin in Petroleum Prospecting License (PPL) 214. The asset is situated along the north-western boundary of OML 43 and 49, at the estuary of Benin River, in less than 4m of water depth. The field was discovered by BE-1 well drilled in 1988.
