PPL 214 was awarded by the Federal Government of Nigeria jointly to Rosa Mystica Energy Limited (30.14%), Sublime Exploration & Production Limited (29.84%), PPL JV Tech (24.01%) and Seistech Energy Limited (16.01%) in June 2022, following their successful bid in the 2020 Marginal field bid round. The field was previously located in Oil Mining Lease, (OML) 43 operated by Shell Petroleum Development Company Joint Venture prior to the bid round.

SRS is currently in the process of implementing the minimum work program commitment that consists of a re-entry and drilling of a new well. 

We are on track to achieve first oil of circa 3,000 bopd in late 2025.
